I cycle to my gym (around 15 mins), that is my cardio before weight lifting. These days, I also added 4-5 mins warm-up just before weight lifting. In just 3 months, we saw significant changes on the volume of muscle.
The only thing, i don’t like in the gym, cardio exercises, it is like just time consuming activity. To distract from this feeling, i try to listen some musics. If you are in same situation, i would suggest you to pick some fast or triggering musics. Below ones are in my latest playlist for cardio.
